'Day 19 , one day to go and today hitting a 30 minute upper body dumbbell workout focusing on the shoulders and abs. But just before the shoulder and ab workout , we are again opening with 10 minutes of dumbbell and bodyweight Leg exercises to get those muscles firing and the body warmed up and ready for the Dumbbell Upper Body work ahead    Again if possible to once again progress those weights on from last week. Let\'s again look to go heavier on each lift and exercise where possible to really finish this week strong   In today\'s workout Rather than the 40 seconds of resistance work we have been doing this week, I\'m making it 30 as the shoulders when doing exercises back to back on is one muscle group that can fatigue fast and we want to maintain the good form , especially if we are upping the weight    Keep your feedback coming , it has been incredible and seeing so many of you progress, your fitness levels, strength and endurance has been amazing   so what we waiting for , grab your dumbbells and let\'s do this   Again as with every Zeus workout , I always recommend warming up and doing some dynamic stretching before hand.
